What are the design details you have in mind for the project(s)? (This includes what you envision the design to be, color schemes, etc.)

What file types will you need the finished design(s) in? (If unsure, let me know what the design will be used for.)

I offer a free consultation to establish these things before taking on any project, for the following reasons; 

To assure the design is something I can complete for you, to your satisfaction. 

To provide confirmation of a timeframe I will be able to begin working on your design project and estimated completion time.

To establish accurate final pricing for your specific design before a payment is made for the service I will be providing as it varies. 

Once acceptance to have me provide the service on your part and agreement of providing the service on my part is established, a non-refundable upfront deposit fee is to be paid. I begin working on the project once I have received this initial payment. 

All graphic projects include up to ten customization edits after the initial image has been created based on the details you provided during our consultation, and/or up to three final options to choose from per design.

Upon coming to a decision on what will be the finalized design, the full price of the service is due before the finished project files are then delivered to you.

I work closely with my clients, throughout the entire process, from beginning to end. I strive to make sure my clients get the results they are looking for when working on these projects, and always aim for making sure they have a final result they're satisfied with.
