Return Policy

Graphic & Web Design Services Return and Cancellation Policy

  • There are no returns or refunds for digital items and/or services that have been finalized once the project files have already been provided to the client.

  • Partial refunds are given upon cancellation of a service provided when the service has been paid in full upfront, but for limited time only (24 hours for all graphics, and 7 days for websites). The upfront 25% deposit fee is non-refundable as that is paid to begin the project. Any cancellations on fully paid for services are subject to an additional 15% non-refundable fee (separate from the deposit fee and the total cost of the service), based on the overall cost of the service requested, to cover payment refund processing fees.

Merch Services Return and Cancellation Policy

  • Any physical Merchandise ordered through Redbubble can be cancelled up until the items ship, and returned or exchanged within 90 days of receiving the order, for most items. Refer to Redbubble's return policy for more information, and contact them to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Any physical Merchandise ordered through Society6 can be cancelled up until the items ship, and returned or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the order, for most items. Refer to Socitey6's return policy for more information, and contact them to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Any physical Merchandise ordered through Amazon Merch can be cancelled up until the items ship, and returned or exchanged within 30 days. Refer to Amazon's return policy for more information, and contact them to initiate a return or exchange.

*These are print-on-demand services iVelz hosts designs through for convenient merchandise prints and to offer options where cancellations or returns are allowed, but iVelz has no control over returns or exchanges directly when an item is purchased through these services so always refer to the confirmation email received upon placing the order or go directly to the site where the purchase was made.*

  • All iVelz Direct Order Merchandise sales are final and non-refundable once the design has been finalized and the order confirmed. However, exchanges may be offered for defective physical items upon provided proof at iVelz discretion. Contact iVelz directly when there is an issue with a physical item purchased direct.
