Graphic & Web Design Services Return and Cancellation Policy

• There are no returns or refunds for digital items and/or services that have been finalized once the project files have already been provided to the client. 

• Partial refunds are given upon cancellation of a service provided when the service has been paid in full upfront, but for limited time only (2 days for all graphics, and 7 days for websites). The upfront 25% deposit fee is non-refundable as that is paid to begin the project. Any cancellations on fully paid for services are subject to an additional 15% non-refundable fee (separate from the deposit fee and the total cost of the service), based on the overall cost of the service requested, to cover payment refund processing fees.
