iVelz offers a free consultation to establish these things before taking on any project, for the following reasons;

To verify the design is something that can be completed to your satisfaction.

To provide confirmation of a timeframe the project will be started and estimated completion time. 

To establish accurate and final pricing for the specific design before any payment is made for the service(s) being provided as pricing varies. 

Once acceptance to have iVelz provide the service on your part and agreement of services has been established, a non-refundable upfront deposit fee is to be paid. iVelz will begin working on the project upon successful initial payment. 

All graphic projects include up to ten customization edits after the initial image has been created based on the details you provided during the consultation, and/or up to three final options to choose from per design.

What is the timeframe in which you need the project to be completed by?

*Pricing for website services vary and are dependant on the complexity of the project. Example, standard websites by iVelz definition are basic, minimalistic, low complexity, and/or small scale. They can be for personal use, professional use, and start up e-commerce websites that host 20 items or less.
